Soulagement pour les animaux qui travaillent en Inde

One of the more common sights in India is that of a bullock trudging along in the heat, straining under a heavy yoke to pull an overloaded, poorly balanced cart. These gentle animals often suffer from dehydration, untreated sores, muscle strain and even beatings.

Since 2003, Animal Rahat has been giving relief to these and other animals. The programme is run by a dedicated staff of veterinarians and their assistants as well as animal caretakers and a full-time community educator.

Your generous gift today will support Animal Rahat's efforts to prevent an enormous amount of suffering and change the lives of many animals.

PETA offers this donation form as a service to Animal Rahat. Your entire donation will be directed to Animal Rahat to help the working animals of India.

I am a UK taxpayer. Please treat this donation, all future donations and all donations I have made to PETA Foundation in the last four years as Gift Aid donations until further notice.

I confirm I have paid or will pay an amount of Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax for each tax year (6 April to 5 April) that is at least equal to the amount of tax that all the charities or Community Amateur Sports Clubs (CASCs) that I donate to will reclaim on my gifts for that tax year. I understand that other taxes such as VAT and Council Tax do not qualify. I understand the charity will reclaim 28p of tax on every £1 that I gave up to 5 April 2008 and will reclaim 25p of tax on every £1 that I give on or after 6 April 2008.
