Urgent Action! Ask Your MP to Attend Debate on Use of Dogs and Other Animals in Experimentation

Graphic new footage has exposed the harrowing reality of experiments on dogs and other animals in UK laboratories – and now MPs have a vital opportunity to speak out. Tell your MP to attend a debate on ending animal testing!

A major investigation released by Animal Aid, in collaboration with Animals International, captured dogs, pigs, rabbits, monkeys, and rats being forced to inhale chemicals, restrained, poisoned, and subjected to painful toxicity tests in British laboratories. Everything shown in the footage is routine and legal – despite the terror and suffering animals endure.

A Westminster Hall debate has been scheduled to discuss ending experiments on dogs and other animals for the development of products for human use – but MPs must be present for it to have real impact.

The debate, led by Irene Campbell MP, who also hosted PETA supporters at a Parliamentary reception earlier this year, takes place at 4:30pm on Monday, 27 April, at Westminster.

We urgently need you to ask your MP to attend this debate and speak out against experiments on animals.

The UK government has already pledged to work towards ending experiments on animals – but promises mean nothing without action. This debate is a critical moment to demand real political leadership and clear action to end these tests for good.
